The Pastor’s Annual Online Report is a true and accurate account of the Numerical and Financial condition of the local church for the Conference Year.  The pastor and officers of the local church should compile the information entered in the annual report.  The signatures by the Pastor, Delegate, and Steward Pro-Tem affirm the information submitted to be true and accurate."
