By completing the in-person 2022 Summer Summit/Planning Meeting registration, each attendee is herein duly advised that they or anyone with whom they have been in contact WILL NOT HAVE experienced any of the following listed below within ten (10) days prior to July 11th, 2022. If "YES" to any listed below, it is required that the attendee IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY the Second Episcopal District at seconddistrictofficestaff@gmail.com
